You know Vick's vapor rub? I started using that years ago to help with anxiety. For some reason it helps me feel like I was getting more air in. Anyways, I would get horrible migraines from time to time and I tried that on my head one time and have been hooked since. I don't even take pain killers anymore. I know this is down to the EOs in it. I will have to make a more natural blend to use. It is like magic!

You know I have spent like 5 years using Vicks on my forehead when I had a headache and it always worked. People thought I was nuts but it is because of the oils in it. I think I will have to make up my own mix just so it doesn't have the parabens in it. Another great post with so much useful information, thank you!

Many people have successfully used Frankincense to help them with epilepsy and seizures. Many people have been cured from it completely by utilizing frankincense and essential oils as a part of their daily lifestyle.

Hi Kylie,

It is up to you which essential oils you use. I would start off with one blend at a time. Fennel, sage, eucalyptus, rosemary, eucalyptus and spike lavender are not recommended if you have epilepsy.

The most effective one to use would be Jasmine essential oil. However due to the epilepsy, please consult your medical practitioner before use.

What are the other things that you have tried that don’t work?

Regards, Olivia
